Our Return Philosophy

At Northern Notes & Nurturing, we want your experience to be a breath of fresh air. If your selection doesn't bring the spark or peace you expected, we are here to help make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused, unwritten in (for stationery), and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality of our collection, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal Care Items: Used candles, opened essential oils, or wellness products.

  • Stationery: Journals or notebooks that have been written in or have bent pages.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or with a "Final Sale" tag.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
